Reshaping the Profile of the Modern Leader
In a rapidly shifting technology market, the role of a leader is no longer that of a “command giver,” but of an enabler who empowers the team to grow and achieve peak performance. From the very first day, the program went straight to the core: leaders must anchor their role to business objectives and the real value their teams create.
Guided by Ms. Nông Vương Phi, the program opened with profound, candid, and high-energy dialogues – reflecting the true “Mesoneer spirit”: sharp, proactive, and growth-oriented. Core questions such as “How am I leading? ” and “What is holding my team back from reaching its full potential?” enabled each participant to reflect and gain clearer insight into their own leadership style. Alongside foundational content, Phi&P integrated international coaching tools such as Points of You®, Knowdell Card Sorts, and the Leadership Game to help learners transform awareness into real action. The classroom atmosphere remained highly engaging through continuous reflection exercises, perspective-sharing, and simulated leadership scenarios tailored to Mesoneer’s operating environment.
From mindset to implementation tools
On the second day, the program focused on operational and decision-making skills in a volatile environment. Management teams were trained on how to conduct effective meetings, analyze data, make informed decisions, and coordinate teams flexibly. The Leadership Game experience became a highlight, bringing managers together to discuss shared challenges, exchange experiences, and strengthen trust, cohesion, and the spirit of collaboration.
Through this process, each participant came to realize that leadership is not about authority, but about the responsibility to enable others to grow. To achieve this, a leader must continuously learn and develop. This embodies modern leadership – the capability to learn, connect, and lead through influence and inspiration rather than through command.
From classroom insights to sustainable leadership growth
The course was just the starting point of a purposeful development journey. Open discussions, direct feedback, and diverse perspectives helped Mesoneer’s management team gain clarity on their current position and define both individual and collective growth directions. More importantly, the class arrived at a central question: “What should we do next to ensure sustainable growth – not only for the organization, but for each individual within it?” This is the value that Mesoneer has always pursued – and the reason Phi&P is proud to accompany them on this journey of human development, where leadership is not merely a role, but a positive impact that propels the organization forward.
