Project background: Mor Software is a fast-growing technology company with a young, creative, and dynamic team. Although the company has implemented various goal management tools such as OKRs and KPIs, inconsistent deployment across departments and managers has made it challenging to align strategic direction and measure work performance effectively.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- Standardize company-wide goal management using the MBO–OGSM–KPIs model
- Enable managers to develop clear, measurable action plans aligned with overall objectives
- Strengthen communication, alignment, and goal tracking across management levels
- Enhance implementation effectiveness, from mindset to tools and operational mechanisms
IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES
- Analyze the current state of goal implementation across departments
- Train management teams on MBO mindset and break down goals using the OGSM–KPIs framework
- Advise on developing action plans tailored to each department’s function
- Provide guidance on establishing a system to track progress and evaluate goal achievement
RESULTS ACHIEVED
- The goal management system is standardized and synchronized across the entire organization.
- Departments have established specific KPIs directly linked to company objectives, instead of implementing them in a fragmented manner.
- Clear action plans are developed for each unit, enabling teams to proactively implement and track progress.
- Management teams enhance their capabilities in communication, goal breakdown, and performance measurement.
